Important update for our patients
As from Monday 15th June 2020, we are now open and will be able to see patients who have emergencies such as pain, facial swellings, lost fillings and fractured teeth and we are currently contacting our patients that had courses of treatments still open from before the COVID-19 lockdown.
We are currently very busy and ask that only patients who have appointments in place to come to the practice.
If you have any other queries or concerns then please call our reception team on 01243 778888, leave a message if the lines are busy and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
One way journey
If you can please be wearing a face covering placed over your nose and mouth when you arrive at the practice. Knock at the front door and please wait patiently for a staff member to greet you. Your temperature will be taken, you will be asked to use our sanitising hand gel and a consent form will be given to you to fill in. You will then be asked by our reception team to wait in your car and a staff member will come and collect you and take you through one of our side entrances straight into the surgery. Please be wearing your face covering at all times throughout your journey in the practice until the dentist is ready to commence treatment and then place it back over your face once they have completed your treatment ready for your journey back through to our reception area.
Due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, the practice toilet facilities will not be in operation for patient use
When you leave the practice
After your treatment has finished, the nurse will direct you through to reception where you will pay for your appointment and leave the practice through the now new exit doors at the front of the practice.
