Important update for our patients
As from Monday 15th June 2020, we are planning to reopen to see our registered patients for emergency pain, facial swellings or lost filling* procedures only.
Unfortunately, being able to get hold of the appropriate PPE is still a problem for dental practices across the country and we, as a healthcare establishment, have to ensure that we can operate our services in the safest way possible for both staff and for our patients.
Due to the severity of transmission of the Covid-19 virus, unfortunately, the practice toilet facilities will not be in operation for patient use.
* Lost fillings will initially only be replaced with a temporary solution until we can carry out a more permanent filling.
When can we see you?
We are returning calls and booking appointments to our emergency and urgent patients first as from Thursday 11th June. Please call if you have an urgent dental concern.
What to do when you arrive at the practice
Please arrive at your appointment time and be wearing a face covering over your nose and mouth on arrival. If you do not have one then we can provide you with a mask. Knock at the practice door where you will be greeted by a staff member and then asked to clean your hands using our sanitising gel provided and there will be a consent form for you to read and sign. You will then be shown through to the surgery whilst maintaining a 2 metre distance as much as possible during your journey in the practice.
What to do when you leave
Please leave through the side door as shown by a staff member. Do not leave by the front door. A member of staff will take you through to reception where you will be able to make your card payment, if applicable, thank you.
