Your smile is important to us

We are open

Important update for our patients

With regards to any concerns to the UK lockdown that was announced on Monday 4th January 2021, the practice will continue to be open unless our Dental Governing Bodies indicate otherwise.

We are currently very busy and ask that only patients who have appointments in place to come to the practice.

If you have any other queries or concerns then please call our reception team on 01243 778888, leave a message if the lines are busy and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

New patients that have emergency teeth related concerns are very welcome. Please contact our reception team on the above telephone number.

One way journey

The health and safety of our staff and patients is paramount to us. On arrival at the practice, we ask that you knock at the front main doors which will be locked. Please wait patiently and a staff member will come and greet you. Please be wearing a face mask placed over your nose and mouth. We can provide you with a plastic face shield if you are exempt from wearing a face mask. You will be asked to have your temperature taken and to use our hand sanitising gel. You will then be asked to wait in your car and a member of our team will collect you and take you straight into the surgery through one of our side entrances. Please be wearing your face covering throughout your journey in the practice and right up until the dentist or hygienist is ready to commence treatment.

When you leave the practice

After your treatment has finished, place your face covering back over your nose and mouth and the dentist or hygienist will direct you through to our reception area where you can pay and rebook any further appointments if necessary. You will then be shown out of the practice through the front main doors by a member of our reception team.
